Nebraska's volleyball program has increasingly turned to outside hitter Teraya Sigler as a central piece of its attack this season. The young pin hitter has seen her role expand in recent weeks, and her coaches and teammates have taken notice of the steady progress she has made on the court.

Sigler's emergence gives the Huskers another reliable option at the net, easing the pressure on the team's veteran hitters and creating more balance in the offense. Her ability to terminate points in key moments has made her a trusted target in tight sets, and her all-around play has earned praise from those around the program.

Coaches have highlighted her growth in practice and her willingness to learn, while teammates point to her energy and competitiveness as qualities that lift the entire roster. For a Nebraska team with high expectations, having a player like Sigler step forward adds depth and flexibility heading into the toughest stretch of the schedule.

Her development will be worth watching as the Huskers continue their push through conference play. If her recent performances are any indication, Sigler's role is only likely to grow from here.
