Six Kentucky Football Players Included on Athlon Sports’ 2026 All-SEC Team

The Kentucky football program placed six players on Athlon Sports' 2026 All-SEC team, a solid showing for a team looking to climb the standings. The list features a mix of veterans and emerging talent, signaling depth on both sides of the ball.

Defensive back Ty Bryant earned a spot for his work in the secondary. He has been a consistent presence for the Wildcats and is expected to anchor the defensive backfield again this season. Defensive lineman Tavion Gadson also made the cut, bringing size and pressure off the edge.
