Finding value at the running back position is often the difference between a playoff run and a middle-of-the-pack finish in fantasy football. While the top backs get all the hype, the AFC West is loaded with mid-to-late round options that could deliver starting production. Here are three of the biggest bargains based on current average draft position.

First up is R.J. Harvey of the Las Vegas Raiders. Harvey is not a household name, but his college production at UCF was electric. He is a compact, powerful runner with surprising burst and excellent receiving skills. In a Raiders backfield that lacks a clear workhorse, Harvey could carve out a significant role as a rookie. His ADP is in the double-digit rounds, making him a low-risk, high-reward flier.

Next is Jaleel McLaughlin of the Denver Broncos. McLaughlin has been a spark plug whenever given touches. He is undersized but elusive, and the Broncos coaching staff has shown a willingness to use him in the passing game. With Javonte Williams ahead of him but carrying an injury history, McLaughlin offers standalone value as a change-of-pace back and league-winning upside if Williams misses time.
