Cleveland Browns still looking for help at defensive end

The Cleveland Browns are not done adding to their defensive line, according to recent reports. Despite making several moves this offseason, the team is still looking for another defensive end to bolster the pass rush. However, with the free agent pool drying up and trade options limited, the front office faces a tough decision on how to proceed.

The Browns already have Myles Garrett as a cornerstone, but the depth behind him remains a concern. Last season, the rotation lacked consistent pressure when Garrett was off the field or double-teamed. Cleveland hoped to address this through the draft or free agency, but the market has not cooperated. Top-tier edge rushers are either signed long-term or carrying price tags that do not fit the team's salary cap structure.

One possibility is waiting for roster cuts later in the preseason, when veteran players become available. Another is relying on internal development from younger players already on the roster.
